We are seeking a Project Management Assistant who will be responsible for the end to end management of customer orders. You will ensure customer needs are met and orders satisfied - both in terms of service, equipment and resource,


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly, for example record keeping, data entry, resource coordination and scheduling, supplier management also ensuring compliance with government and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of standard customer orders ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
  • Execute the relevant order delivery tasks i.e. scheduling internal and external resources, tracking and reporting on progress.
  • Communicate with clients and manage their expectations throughout the service delivery process (escalating where appropriate).
  • Coordinate order delivery activities with other internal departments (technical teams, sales team and accounts team).


Skills & Experience


  • Working experience in project administration or order management in the IT/Service Provider sector.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages, in particular Microsoft Project.
  • Experience of operating in virtual team environments.
  • Experience with developing and managing internal and external resources.
  • Experience of managing suppliers
  • An enthusiastic, driven, committed and flexible approach to work.
  • Solutions driven, confident and friendly approach in dealing with customers.
  • Natural initiative and pro-activeness to their method of working.
  • Excellent analytical, process and documentation skills.
