The Sales Operations Analyst will provide internal management reporting and market analysis to support sales activity and improve sales productivity. This position will report directly to the Sales Operations and Governance Director and will work closely with other members of the Operations team on numerous aspects of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the Sales team with market analysis and present data in a way that can be consumed rapidly by decision makers
  • Work with Sales to manage data integrity, freshness and cleanliness of CRM
  • Perform Market Analysis and Industry research as well as provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
  • Take data from a variety of sources (databases, spreadsheets, CRM) and create relevant and insightful reports into past and potential sales activities in order to support divisional planning and decision making
  • Understand core marketing operations concepts (lead/opportunity conversion, pipeline development) and develops reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight.

 

Skills & Experience

  • High degree of quantitative, analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills; critical thinker.
  • Ability to synthesize Big Data into strategic and actional insights
  • Highly detail oriented, with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Use of a CRM system & BI tools to create detailed  reporting and dashboards.
