As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to drive a number of people and culture related projects and workstreams including Learning & Development, career mapping, skills academies, EVP, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion.  Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will work together with the broader HR team with the goal of supporting the business and its Leaders to attract, recruit, develop and retain a diverse team within Pulsant.


Your role will involve the following:

  • Contribute to and help drive the Pulsant Learning & Development strategy to ensure engagement through career and personal development.
  • Help develop, implement and embed succession planning practices, talent management and development programmes across the organisation to enable us to fully utilise the potential of our people and meet future and changing business needs.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to identify skills gaps and define strategies to address whilst working with senior managers to ensure we retain our vendor certifications. 
  • Ensure the provision of creative, innovative and agile learning strategies that meet the changing needs of Pulsant
  • Support the Talent Acquisition function in the management of projects – both in the delivery of end to end recruitment solutions – or supporting key strategic TA initiatives ensuring Pulsant is an ‘Employer of Choice
  • Working with the HR team to drive company-wide engagement in our key areas of focus; such as Well-being, Giving Something Back and social programmes.  


Skills & Experience

  • A proven track-record in talent management – leading projects in the areas of training & development, career mapping & succession planning.
  • Full life cycle Talent Acquisition and D&I experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders in developing and executing people strategies to drive business performance
  • Ability to provide healthy challenge to functional leaders to ensure we are acting in the best interests of our people and our business
  • Demonstrable relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience managing projects and working in a matrix organisation
